Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Vault or any volume, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no complicated hoops.

How to request a refund

Request a refund through Gumroad, the platform where you completed your purchase, using the order number or receipt from your confirmation. We will confirm and process your refund to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Because checkout is handled by our merchant-of-record provider (Gumroad), your refund is issued through that provider back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Consumer rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which are not affected by this policy.
